1. Who we are
SnapCal is a digital platform operated by the SnapCal Team, based in Türkiye (“SnapCal”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). We are dedicated to providing innovative automation and integration solutions. For any inquiries regarding these Terms, you can reach our team at snapcalbot@gmail.com.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using SnapCal, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that you have the legal capacity (or the required consent) to enter into these Terms.
3. The Service
SnapCal lets you log meals via photo, voice, or text inside Telegram and provides estimated calorie and macronutrient information, daily progress tracking, reminders, and AI-generated suggestions. The Service is for informational and self-tracking purposes only and is not medical advice. Always consult a qualified professional for diagnosis, treatment, or advice about diet, exercise, or any medical condition.
4. Your account
Access to SnapCal is tied to your Telegram account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your Telegram account and for keeping that account secure. Telegram’s own terms and privacy policy apply to your use of Telegram.
5. Free trial, plans, and billing
- New users receive a 3-day free trial. No payment method is required to start the trial.
- After the trial, continued access requires an active paid plan (monthly, quarterly, or annual). Pricing is shown on our pricing page at the time of purchase.
- Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate, until cancelled.
- Payments are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. By subscribing you also agree to Paddle’s buyer terms.
- Applicable taxes (such as VAT or sales tax) may be added to the displayed price depending on your location.
6. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time by emailing us at snapcalbot@gmail.com and we will cancel your subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until that date and will not be charged for the next period.
7. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service in any unlawful way or for any unlawful purpose;
- Attempt to access, probe, or interfere with the Service’s infrastructure, security, or other users’ accounts;
- Send content that is harassing, hateful, infringing, or that violates another person’s rights;
- Resell, rebrand, or commercially exploit the Service without our written permission;
- Use automated means to scrape the Service or to bypass usage limits (such as the daily AI request limit).
9. AI-generated information and accuracy
SnapCal uses artificial intelligence to estimate the nutritional content of meals from photos, voice notes, and text. These estimates are approximate and may be inaccurate. You are responsible for confirming and correcting entries (you can adjust portions or remove entries with a single tap). Do not rely on SnapCal for medical, clinical, or emergency-related decisions.
10. Intellectual property
The Service, including the SnapCal name, logo, software, and content we provide, is owned by SnapCal and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms. You retain ownership of the content you submit (such as meal photos and notes).
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or if we are required to do so by law. You may stop using the Service at any time by cancelling your subscription and, optionally, requesting deletion of your data by emailing snapcalbot@gmail.com.
12. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. SnapCal is a self-tracking tool, not a healthcare product.
13. Limitation of liability
