1. The 3-day free trial
Every new user gets a 3-day free trial of SnapCal. The trial does not require a payment method, and you will not be charged anything during the trial. If you do nothing at the end of the trial, your access simply ends — there is no automatic charge based on the trial alone.
2. Subscriptions and billing
After the trial, continued access requires an active paid plan (monthly, quarterly, or annual). Subscriptions are billed in advance through our payment provider, Paddle, and renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
3. 14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with SnapCal, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first paid charge. No complicated forms, no “tell us why” gauntlet — just email us and we will process the refund.
4. Renewal charges
For subsequent renewal charges (for example, the start of a new monthly, quarterly, or annual term), we will consider refund requests made within 7 days of the renewal charge, provided you have not made significant use of the Service during that renewal period. If we agree to the refund, we may also pro-rate the amount for any usage in that period.
5. When refunds are not available
Refunds are generally not available in the following cases:
- More than 14 days have passed since your first paid charge (or more than 7 days since a renewal charge);
- The account has been suspended or terminated for a violation of our Terms of Service (for example, abuse, fraudulent payments, or attempts to bypass usage limits);
- You forgot to cancel before a renewal that you do not dispute on the merits (please cancel in time by emailing snapcalbot@gmail.com);
- A chargeback has already been filed for the same payment.
Where consumer-protection law in your country gives you stronger rights, those rights still apply and override this section.
6. How to request a refund
Send an email to snapcalbot@gmail.com from the email address linked to your purchase, and include:
- Your Telegram username or user ID;
- The date of the charge you would like refunded;
- The Paddle order or receipt number, if you have it.
We aim to reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Paddle to the original payment method, and typically appear in your account within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
7. Cancelling future charges
Cancelling a subscription is separate from a refund. To stop future charges, email us at snapcalbot@gmail.com at any time and we will cancel your subscription. You will keep access until the end of the current billing period and will not be billed again.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version that applies to a given purchase is the version in effect on the date of that purchase. The “Last updated” date above shows when this page was most recently revised.
